The Training and Human Resources Department carries out the entire planning, coordination and course organization; enrollment of individual  rainees and corporate customers; composing, maintenance and keeping of all training documentation and information; MARLINS test administration; handouts and brochures publishing, editing and printing; specialized library for maritime publications maintenance; personnel selection and reqruitment, instructors appointent; national labor code documents creating, distrubution and keeping, etc.
